Ceremony & Celebration

Wedding Night Option
For weddings, the bride and groom may spend their wedding night in the lake house, for an additional fee of $500.00.

Pricing for Weddings and Special Events
Pricing varies by season and day of the week.
Peak Season-----Mid-April to Mid-September
Monday – Thursday: $5,500
Friday / Saturday / Sunday: $7,500
Off-Peak Season-----Mid-September to Mid-April
Monday – Thursday: $3,500
Friday / Saturday / Sunday: $5,500

$1,000.00 damage deposit required

Remaining balance due 30 days before the event or 100% down at booking if less than 30 days before event.
A $1,000.00 cleaning fee may apply if the venue is not left reasonably clean and trash properly disposed of.
Things to Know
Parking
-
During peak-season, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, events, guest parking will be at a lot down the street.
Guests may drop passengers off close to the venue, then park in the designated area and we will shuttle drivers back via golf carts.

During off-season or weekday events (except some holidays), guests may park in the marina boat/trailer parking area near the Lakeview Boating Center dealership and walk across the street to the venue.

At no time shall guests park in the marina's main parking lot.
Event Timing
Setting up for an event may begin no earlier than 2:00pm on the day of the event.
Vendor Policy

We maintain a list of approved vendors.

Taylor Rental is the exclusive vendor for tents, tables, chairs, and related items.

Any vendor not on the approved list must receive prior approval.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does typical event rental equipment cost for around 80 guests?
For items such as a tent, ten tables with linens, eighty chairs, and a dance floor, Taylor Rental typically charges around $2,500, though each wedding may vary.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We will work with you to reschedule the event at no charge if possible, as long as no other vendor costs are incurred.
If the event must be cancelled due to published inclement weather approaching North Texas, we will refund all payments except $1,000 as long the cancellation is a minimum of three days before the event, unless additional vendor expenses have been incurred. If additional vendor costs apply, those costs plus $1,000 will be deducted from the refund.
