Rental Days and Hours: Monday - Sunday. Four Hours: 9am to 1pm OR 2pm to 6pm, Six Hours: 10am to 4pm, Eight Hours: 9am to 5pm

*WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL BOOKING AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON
*MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE AND POSSESS A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE TO RENT AND/OR OPERATE THE VESSEL
*VESSELS MAY NOT BE TAKEN TO OR DOCKED AT ANY OTHER MARINA, RESTAURANT, OR PRIVATE BOAT DOCK.*LIFE JACKETS ARE PROVIDED
*SORRY, NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON VESSEL
*TOTAL RENTAL CHARGES ARE SUBJECT TO SALES TAX AND BOOKING FEE
*FUEL IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE MATRIX AND WILL BE BILLED AT THE END OF THE RENTAL PERIOD BASED ON ENGINE HOURS TO THE 1/10TH.
*MUST HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD TO RENT THE VESSEL.
*NO TOWING OF ANYTHING IS ALLOWED BEHIND THIS VESSEL
*NO BEACHING OF THE VESSEL IS ALLOWED
*A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE A TIME/DATE. SHOULD THE RESERVATION NOT BE CANCELLED AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE (EXCEPT FOR WEATHER-RELATED CANCELLATIONS) THE FULL DEPOSIT (EQUAL TO 50% OF THE BASE RENTAL RATE) WILL BE FORFEITED UNLESS WE CAN RENT THE VESSEL FOR THE SAME DAY/TIME
*IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER, DEPOSIT WILL BE MOVED TO ANOTHER DAY/TIME OR REFUNDED
*RENTER AND ALL PASSENGERS OVER 17 YOA WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE
*RENTER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGE TO THE VESSEL AND/OR ITS EQUIPMENT
*RENTER/OPERATOR WILL ARRIVE 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE RENTAL TIME TO COMPLETE PAPERWORK AND INTRODUCTION TO THE VESSEL. ALL PASSENGERS SHALL PLAN TO ARRIVE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE RENTAL TIME TO READ AND SIGN THE WAIVER AND RELEASE (IF OVER 17 YOA). IF RENTER/OPERATOR HAS RENTED THIS SAME VESSEL BEFORE THEN 30 MINUTES BEFORE RENTAL TIME IS SUFFICIENT.
