Rental Rules & Policies (parcel list...see agreement below for all rules and policies):

• Must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license to rent/operate the vessel.
• Life jackets are provided for all passengers.
• Sorry, no pets are allowed on the vessel.
• Fuel is included in the rate matrix.
• Towing, skiing, or tubing is not permitted.
• A $300 (half day) or $500 (full day) deposit is required for the South Bay and a $375 (half day) or $550 deposit (full day) for the Aloha Tri-Toon to reserve your rental. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Weather-related cancellations will result in a rescheduled date or refund. Booking deposit will be applied as the damage deposit on the day of rental.
• Your booking deposit will become your damage deposit at the time of rental and will be applied to the rental charges assuming no damage is found.
